May Be A Meteor Shower.
The November shower of meteors called the Leonids, are due Tuesday and Wednesday nights, of this week. They appear every year in considerable numbers, and for a century or more there has been a great display of them every 33 years. It was thought to be due last year, but did not come, and astronomers say it may come this year. They may be looked for both Tuesday and Wednesday nights, but only after midnight. These Leonid meteors are all very small and never reach the ground, being consumed as soon es they strike the earth’s atmosphere. Thus however numerous they may be, they are entirely harmless.
