EXPENSIVE HUNTING.
Frank Krasney and Jim Pohosky living some miles northwest of town, in Newton township, were arrested Sunday on the charge of hunting on other person’s land, without permission, the land being that of Micha B. Halstead. They were out both Saturday and Sunday, but the case was brought for the Saturday’s hunt. They plead guilty and were assessed the minimum penalty, a fine of [ss each, and costs. The total in Krasney’s case was $18.70 and in Pohosky’s $19,10. They have paid up.
