Agulnaldo’s other agent, Bryan, has been telling the American people sos some months past what tbe Filipinos desire, and he has been also showing that he Is on the Filipino side in this controversy. Lopez’s arrival at this time, nevertheless, is significant. He evidently alms to assist his co-worker, Bryan, in the canvass.
