Diuzak’s Light Sentence.

The third trial of Jacob Dluzak, of Milroy Tp., thia county, in the White circuit court at Monticello, on the charge of stealing Al May’s oom, ended last Saturday. Thi is the third trial of the case, there. The first trial was a disagreement, the second was a mis-trial, on account of the sickness of a juror. In this last trial the jury finally, after an all night’s session, agreed on a verdict of guilty, but with the lightest penalty the law allows, a jail sentence of ten days and a fine of sl. This puts an end to the numerous criminal cases growing out of this affair, but the personal damage suits against the Maye, by Dluzak are still pending, we understand.
