Nowel’s House to Change Landlords.

The management of the Nowels House will again change hands the 30th of this month. J. T. Penn is the coming landlord, and closed the contract for it with C. D. Nowels, the owner, this morning. Mr. and Mrs. E. N. Hyland, who have managed the hotel with a large degree of success, for some time past, intend to remove to Chicago.
