A Fair Oaks Divorce Case.

Mrs. Maggie O’Brien, of Fair Oaks, has begun suit for a divorce from her husband, Thomas O’Brien They were married May 30, 1896. and separated Aug. 7, 1898. She charged him with calling her very insulting names, striking her side ' of the head, at divers times, also with refusing to provide for her support after the first two months, with abandonment, and with being a habitual drunkard. There are two children of which she asks custody. The defendant is a non-resident of the state, and left no property here.
