The Pierson-Jones Case Again-

The trouble between the Jones and Pierson families growing out of the love affair of the young couple has had another airing, this time in Pulaski county. L. Jones, father of Frank, had John Pierson and J. Eyestone arrested for their acts in arresting the young man. It was in Pulaski county where that part of the affair occured, and they were 1 arrested on a warrant issued in 1 Medaryville, and had their trials there, Friday afternoon. They were charged with pointing deadly weapons. Mr. Eyestone plead 1 guilty and was fined $1 and costs, sl3 in all. i Tfierson atoocf trial and was acquitted. It appeared from the evidence that while he had his gun out he did npt poipt it at young Jones.
