Another Case of Blame the Woman.

The habeas corpus proceedings brought to release from jail Elisabeth Lyda and Starr Cox, who are chagred with the murder of William Lyda, ended today. Judge Rabb refused to grant bail for Mrs. Lyda, as it was shown to the satisfaction of the oourt that a criminal intimacy existed between Mrs. Lyda and Starr Cox. There was no evidence that he knew where the strychnine was or connecting him with giving the strychnine in any way. His bond was placed at $2,0C0, which he has been unable to give:—lndianapolis Journal.
