Hay Gatherer Case Decided.

The case of Casto vs Churchill, involving the ownership, or at least possession, of the $4 hay gatherer which has occupied so much public attention, lately, was decided Thursday evening, by Squire Lewis, of Barkley, before whom it was tried, last Monday afternoon. His decision is in favor of the plaintiffs, giving them the possession and use of the gatherer during the present hay season. Castos also get $5 damages from the defendant, against whom the costs are also assessed. They are over $25.
