Drilling Deep in Gillam.

The chance for oil is to be thoroughly tested in the central part of Gillam township. The firm of Law, Robinson & Co., is having a well drilled, on the Dal Prevo land, between the Robinson & Ryan and the J. J. Hunt farms. The well is now down 300 feet and intention is to go 1000 feet, if oil is not found sooner. The contract requires at least four wells in the vicinity of at least 1000 feet, if oil is not found at a less depth. The Law, Robinson, Co. is a Chicago firm.
