A Special Jury.

The-circuit court resumed its sessions again, today, to finish up the April term. A special jury has been called for Friday to try the Archer state case and others. It is composed of five of the regular jury who live near, and seven new men. As follows: Manley Burk, Frank Randle, Franklin Duvall, K. A. Parker, J. L. Foster, J. C. Porter, M. H. Hemphill, Walter White A. L. Padgitt, S. O. Duvall, Felix, French, W. N. Jones.
