A surprise was sprung on the Committee at the morning session, by General Passenger, Sebastian, of the Rock Inland. Beginning about June 20th, ther Rock Island will run foiyr excursions from Chicago, St. flouts, Kansas City and Omaha to Colorado common points, making a' rate of one fare plus $2 for the round trip and return limit of October 31st on the 1 ■ tickets.
