A Small Fire.

' At three last Friday afternoon the fire department was called out to George McCarthy’s house, on Elm treet, which took fire in the betition from a hot flue. Hose No. 2 was near by and had the fire practically subdued before the Test of the company arrived. The damage will not be extensivo, but more perhaps by the water than the fire. -Probably S4O or SSO will cover the damage.
