Resignation of Rev. Jeffries.

Oa account of his continued poor health, Rev. C. D Jeffries has resigned his position as pastor of the Presbyterian church, here; and the resignation has been accepted by the congregation. The resignation was read at the morning services/ Sunday, by Rev. Black, of Monon, who conducted the services. Mr. Jeffries was, of course, unable to be present. Himself and family will move back to Apple Creek, Ohio, where he has a home.
