Fox vs Akers Case.
Squire Burnham rendered his decision, Thursday evening, in the above case, tried before him some days before. Mrs. Isabelle Fox, of Rensselaer, sued Thomas Akers for the possession of her farm, in Barkley Tp. The farm last year was rented to August Geoppe, who sublet the house on the same to Akers, from mouth to month. This year Mrs. Fox rented the farm to her son-in-law, but Akers refused to vacate, and presented a lease given him by Charles Fox, husband of the plaintiff, but from whom she is now separated.
