The Monon Decision.

fThe fact that James M. Winters, special master in chancery, has written to the attorneys representing the holders of Beatty ville bonds, requesting them to forward to him their conclusions of law, has led the lawyers to believe they are to have a favorable decision in the Monon litigation. It is understood that if there is a decision favorable to the BeattyYille bondholders the road will probably go back in the hands of a receiver. About $2,000,000' is involved in the litigation.—lndianapolis Journal. Smoke the “Monogram” and be in line —at Fendig’s Drug Store.
