Weatherhogg Wants to be the Wholehogg.

Ou Wednesday next Judge Palmer will render his formal decision on the main points involved in the suit of Architect Weatherhogg against Jasper county for a large sum claimed to be due him, as architect’s commission, on our new court house. Mr. Weatherhogg aud his former partner, Mr. Grindle, have already received fully $5,U00 as their commission on the building, which according to the contract, is all they are justly or probably lawfully entitled to Weatherhogg is suing for a commission ou all the furniture and heating apparatus und a great deal else that he had nothing ou earth to do with. The case was up some days ago aud Judge Palmer announced a ruling which would have thrown Weatherhogg clear out of court. As his principal attorneys were not present, however he yielded to the request of their local attorney, and held back the decision until next Wednesday.
