Notice is hereby given, that the undersigned, as administrator of the estate of William H. Cain, ceceased. has presented and filed his account and vouchers in final settlement of said estate, and that the same will come up for the examination and action or said Circuit Court, on the Bth day of March 1900, at which time all persons Interested tn said estate are required to appear in said Court and show cause. If auy there be, why said account and vouchers should not be approved. And the heirs of said estate, and all others Interested therein, are also hereby required, at the time and place aforesaid, to appear and ■ake proof of their heirship or claim to any part of said estate. The undersigned, coroner of Jasper county, Indiana having received notice on February 10. 1900. that the dead body of Rica Roush was lying at the home of Chrisum Roush. 4u Carpenter township Jasper county, Indiana and the said death was supposed to have been caused by violence or other causua ty. I then proceeded to the said locality, and on view of the body, proceeded to enquire into the cause of death, of the deceased. After examining a number of witnesses, it was found that the deceased was a widow, of about seventy years of age, and a native of the German empire. And that on Saturttav, February 10, 1»OO while attending to her household duties, she received the discharge of a rifle, in the hands of her grandson, Bertie Ronan, causing her death. And It was further found that the discharge of the rifle was wholly accidental, and no blame attached to the said Bertie Rouah. There were no valuables found on the person of the deceased! and the verdict will be .n accordance with the above evidence. Truitt P. Wright. Coroner of Jasper County. Feb. 27- Mar, 5.
