Time For Morgage Exemptions.

People who wish to avail themselves of the privilege of getting their mortgaged real-estate exempted from taxation, must file their application with the county auditor during the month ot April, and no other time, neither earlier nor later. Neither will last year’s exemption be any good this year. It has to be done over, again every year.
