Insurance Agents Will Stop Rebates.

W. H. Hart, auditor of Btate, will have introduced in the next legislature a bill providing for the revocation of licenses of life insurance agents who grant rebates to men who- they insure. It will be sought also to deolare such policies void. Sdme policies on which the premium would be from SBOO to $1,200 a year have been written for as low as S6O for the first year. 1
