It now seems probable that B. D. Comer, the energetic and businesslike trustee of Union Tp., 'will be selected to lead the Republican township ticket this fall for trustee. Mr. Coiner is now serving as an appointment and would therefore be eligible, tie has proved himself both a school aud a road man by the excellent condition of his schools and tho amount of gravel road built by him. tie has shown himself a fair aud impartial trustee regardless of politics. He would be a strong man and the voters of Union township, without regard to politics or past differences, should unite to keep the right man in fright place.
