The Republican voters of Jasper County will meet in mass precinct Convention at their several voting places on Saturday, March, 17, 1900, at 2:30 o’clock p. m., for t K ~ purpose of selecting delegates to the County Convention to be held in Eensselaer, on Monday, March, 19, 19tX). The basis of representation will be one delegate for every fifteen (15) votes cast for Union B. j Hunt, Secretary of State, at the general election of November 1898, and for each fraction of fifteen ©ver ten.
