Notice of Final Settlement ot Estate. In the matter of. the estate of ) Elizabeth Bedford deceased, j In Jasper Circuit Court, February Term, 1900 Notice is lien by given, that the undersigned, as Administrator o' the estate of Elizabeth Bedfbrc deceased, has presented and filec his account and vouchers in fina settlement of said estate, and thai the same will come up for examination and action of said Circuit Court, on the seventh day of March 1900, at which time all persons interested in said estate are required to appear in said Court and snow cause, if any there be, why said account and vouchers should not be approved. And the heirs of said estate, and all others interested therein, are also hereby required, at the time and place aforesaid, to appear and makerproof of their heirship or claim to any part of said estate.
