A Quiet Wedding.
Tuesday, evening Feb 6th at the residence of the bride’s parents, oorher Weston and Susan streets, Mr. William F. Clark, of Goodland and Miss Frankie Porter were married, by Rev. D. T. Halstead. Only the members of the bride’s immediate family, and brother of the groom were present. The bride is the oldest daughter and the very efficient deputy, of our County Recorder, Robert B. Porter. The groom is the son of Ott Clark, of Goodland } formerly of Rensselaer. If arrangements now pending are carried out the newly married couple will soon make their home in the vicinity of Washington, DC. A friend or relative of the groom’s father is erecting a large hotel and summer resort 20 miles from Washington and desires Mr. Clark and son to come and manage the hotel and farm connected with it.
