Petition of Bankrupt for His UfaMr charge.' In the matter of ) No. 359, Willis J. Imes, )In Bankruptcy*,* Bankrupt. District of Indiana, SS: On this the 15 day of January,' A. D. 1900 on reading the petition of the bankrupt for his discharge, It is ordered by the court, that a hearing will be had upon the same on the 15th day of February A. D. 1900, before said court, at Indianapolis, in said district, at nine o’clock in the forenoon, and that notice thereof be published twice in the Rensselaer Republican, a newspaper printed in said disirict, and that all known creditors and other per sons in interest may appear at the said time and place and show cause, if any they have, why the prayer of said petitioner shonld not be granted. And it is further ordered by the court, that the clerk shall send by mail to all known creditors copies of said petition and this order, addressed to them at their places of resd ce as stated.
