Charles Martin has movod from the Gifford Ranch and now occupies his own house in Parr. The Burns Bros, are repotted to have had a fight at the “Blind Tiger” last week. Alcohol seems to have got the better of kinship. Mr. Fancher, the blacksmith is working again for T. Y. Fay. Several of the beys of Parr and vioinity have gone visiting for a week or two. What is the matter boys? Ceoil Alter_ has quit his job of clerking in the Bargain Store and is home going to school. Hattie Pierson is staying with her sister Myrtie Reed near Parr. Albert Alter has been doing quite a good business this winter buying and shipping grain. Politics warming up the familiar old hand shake again. We understand that Uriah Hardesty will move back tor Parr the first of March. William Pierson started for west-1 ern lowa Monday to look for a farm to buy. Clark Hill of Noble Co. is visiting with his sister Mrs. Alice Pierson. Mrs. W- L. Wood who went to Morocco to undergo a surgical operation we learn is recovering finely under the care of Dootor Triplet.
