To select a delegate and alternate to the District Conven- ' .....Jr tion to be held at Hammond Ind., on the 16 day of Jan. 1900, for the purpose of electing a district Chairman for the 10 Congressional District. The precinct Committeeman so elected in each precinct in the County will meet in the east court, room in the Court house in Rensselaer Ind. Monday Jan. 15th, 1900 for the purpose of selecting a County Chaiiman Vicechairman, Secretary and TreasurerJasper County” - will be entitled to nine delegates in the District Con vehtion. The representation is one delegate and one alternate for each 200 votes east for Union B. Hunt for Secretary of State at the November Election 1898.
