Notice et Plum Street Sawer Assessment. Notice is hereby given, that on 29th day of December, 1899 at seven o’clock p. m. in the Council room of the city hall of Rensselaer, Indiana, before the Common Counoil a hearing will be had on the final estimate as submitted by the City Civil Engineerer to the Common Council on the Uth day of December, 1899 of the benefit whioh should be assessed to the several lots benefited for the construction of the Plum street sewer, pursuant to Special Ordinance No 39, 1899 and at the same time aud place said committee will consider said estimate. All interested persons are notified to be present and make objection thereto if any they have, for at that time the Council will fix the amount of the benefit whioh each lot owner will pay on account of the construction of the said sewer.
