Call for Organizing Conventions.

To the Republicans of Jasper Cdunty Indiana. You are hereby requested to meet at your respective voting places on Saturday January 13, 1900 for the purpose of transacting the following business Ist. Selection of one precinct committeeman in each voting place in the county.

2nd,. To select a delegate and alternate to the District Convention to be held at Hammond Ind., on the 16 day of Jan. 1900, for the purpose of electing a district Chairman for the 10 Congressional District. The precinot Committeeman so elected in each precinct in the County yill meet in the east court room in the Court house in Rensselaer Ind. Monday Jan. 15th, 1900 for the purpose of selooting a County Chaiiman Vicechairman, Secretary and TreasurerJasper County will be entitled to nine delegatee in the District Convention. The representation is one delegate and one alternate for each 200 votes east for Union B. Hnnt for Secretary of State at the November Election 1898. Each delegate to said convention will be entitled to cast a vote in proportion Jfts the vote in his precinct is to the entire vote.
