'Notice cf Plnm Street Sewer Assessment. Notice is hereby Riven, that on 29th day of December, 1899 at seven o’clock p. m. in the Counoil room of tbe city hall of Rensselaer, Indiana, before tbe Common Council a hearing will be had on tbe final estimate as submitted by the City Civil Engineerer to the Common Counoil on the 11th day of December, 1899 of the benefit which should be assessed to the several lots benefited for the construction of tb£ Plnm street sewer, pursuant to Speoial Ordinance No 39, 1899 and at the same time and place said committee will consider said estimate. All interested persons are notified to be present and make objection thereto if any they have, for at that time the Council will fix the amount of the benefit which each lot owner will pay on account of the construction of the said sewer.
