W. B. Austin continues to make a majority of all the loans placed to Jasper County. In a given period of time Mr. Austin placed 86 loans and all other land agents placed 89 loans. Here are the Reasons: First; his rates are the lowest of the low. Second; he makes quick loans — from one hoar to 2 days being ths longest necessary to complete a loan. Third; there ia no red tape about his loans —Yon don’t have to give the color of yonr grandmother’s hair in order to have a good title. Fourth; he loans “home money** so that if yon can't meet yonr interest the day it is dne yon don’t have an attorney fee to pay.
