A New Divorce Case.

Again Lawyer Douthit has got in the first divorce complaint for a new term of conrt: The plaintiff is Mrs. Anna S. Osborn, of Rensselaer, and the defendant is Charles Osborn, of nobody knows where. They were married Jan. fi, 1899 and separated July 13, 1899. He was a too previous lover and made a too reluctant husband. He abandoned her on the date last mentioned, and which was also the day upon which the child born to them died. He left her to pay the child’s funeral expenses, and has not since contributed anything to her support. She asks for a divorce and the restoration of her maiden name, Anna S. Hartman.
