M L. Spitler’s Will.

The last will and testament of the late Marion L. Spitler, has been filed for probate. He left quite a large estate, but had, as is generally understood, already dealt quite liberally with his children, and the sumff willed to each of them are not large. To his oldest daughter, Mrs. Marian E. Learning, SSOO. To his oldest son, Charles Guy Spitler, SI,OOO. To him is also willed a gold watch, a much prized heir-loom, a gold watch which Mr. Spitler’s own father George W. Spitler, owned before him. To the youngest daughter, Maude E. Spitler $1,200. To the youngest son, Marion L. Spitler Jr., $1,500. * The residue of the estate, after all debts and funeral expenses are paid, is willed to his wife Mary Emily Spitler, without reservation She is also named as executrix of the estate, and no bond is required and no inventory nor official sale of personal property. Letters of administration have been issued to her.
