Judge Tylor decided Wednesday at Lafayette that Moses Fowler Chase is of sound mind and can manage his own estate. Young Chase has a fortune of $700,000 and his claimed he was irresponsible and should have a guardian. His case has been given wide publicity by the newspapers of the country. The young man will make his home at Cincinnati, instead of Lafayette, where his father resides.
