Emigrants from Europe.
According to the returns Issued by the London Board of Trade for the last quarter, 72,000 emigrants embarked for places outside of Europe from the various places of the United Kingdom at which' emigration offices are stationed. The proportions in which England, Scotland and Ireland took part In this exodus may be roughly stated as' being for every two Englishmen, three Scotsmen and twelve Irishmen.
