Balloon Trip Postponed.

The balloon ascension which was to have been given Thursday has been necessarily postponed on account of the weather. Of oourse the snow and slush does not effeot the overhead traveling very seriously,’and the ballon oould go np all right if it got a good start, but the objection to going in this weather is that there would be no one to se6 it go. Prof. Gore, the ballonist was on hand, with part ot his paraphernalia, having driven over from Franoesville, whioh is his present headquarters, and where his wife is who recently had her leg broken in making an asoension. After consulting with the business men it was decided to postpone the balloon asoension until Saturday Nov. 11th. the day of the great Rensselaer—Crown Point football game. The balloon trip will be made early in the afternoon, so hat it will be well over before the time for the football game.
