Mrs. E. L. Hollingsworth was seen in this place last Friday. Much work is being done by way of hauling gravel on the road passing here. A mile of good gravel road soon will be completed. Several person from around here attended B. B. Miller’s sale at Mt. Ayr last Saturday. Misses Ola Lang, Rosa Chupp and Katerina Gilmore attended quarterly meeting at Badger Grove last week. Miss Lang remained several days visiting at Lafayette, Soldier’s Home, and Battle Ground. Eugene O’Neil and family have moved to Hammond Ind. 21 pounds of sugar at Wilcox’s for SI.OO and other things proprtionatily low.
