Harry K. Zimmerman, now the night operator for the Monon at Fair Oaks, was granted a divorce from AnnajE Zimmerman. They were married April 23, 1891. at Meadville, Pu. Ho charges that she totally abandoned him on June 9,1894, and has since refused to live with him; Recharges her with a very bad temper, with calling him bad names aud threatening him with injury. Ray D. Thompson was the plaintiff’s attorney, this being that young lawyer’s first appearance in a divorce case.
