The prayer of said petition is that a ditch be constructed on the following route, to-wit: i /ifi Beginning twenty (20) feet west of the south-east corner of section thirty-five (35) township twentyseven (27) north, range seven (7) West, running thence north 500 feet, thence east 600: feet, thence northeast 785 feet to the crossing of the center line of the south-west quarter of section thirty-six (36) township twenty-seven (27) north, range seven (7) west (east and west) (thence north-east 690 feet to the crossing of the center line of the south-wost quarter of section thirtysix (36) north and south, thence north-easterly J 595 feet to the crossing of the center line of section thirty-six (36) (north and south), thence north-easterly 50 feet to the crossing of the center line of section thirty-six (36) (east and west), thence east 713 feet to Carpenters’ ' Creek at a good and sufficient outlet at a point a little east of the north-west corner of the east half of the south-east quarter ,of section thirty-six (36) township twentyseven (27) north, range seven (7) west, in Jasper County Indiana, a total length of 4933 feet, its entire length of an old ditch.
