Notice to Settle Insolvent Estate. State of Indiana (m. County of Jasper S ’ In Jasper Circuit Court ToSepetmber Term 1899. In the matter of the Estate Sarah J, Smith in said court cause No. 569 by Marlon L. Spitler Administer. Notice is here given that upon petition filed in said court by the said adminstrator of said estate setting up facts jshowlng the Insufficiency of said estate to pay the debts of said estate, the Juqge of said court at the March Term 1899 ordered said estate tobe settled as insolvent. The creditors of said estate are therefore notified of such Insolvent and are required to file their clalmes against said estate for allowance.
