The Grand Jury.

Judge Thompson instructed the grand jury Tuesday p. m., and appointed Geo. W. Burk their foreman. It is composed of the following citizens: George W. Burk, Austin O Moore, John F. Pettit, Andrew Misch, Edward W. Culp and Wm. E. Leek. The pettit jury is called for next Tuesday.
