Slate fair Items of Interest.

The date of the Indiana State* Fair ia Sept. 18-23, 1899. All railroads entering Indianapolis will sell tickets at one fare rate for the round trip, good on regular trains and [good returning as late as Sept. 24th. Special trains will be run on Wednesday/ and Thnreday on all roads where* regular trains schedule will not accommodate visitors either going to or from the fair.
