Old Settlers’ Meeting.

The third annual meeting of the old settlers’ association will be held next Friday and Saturday, Sept. Bth, and 9th, in Phillips’ grove. An extensive and very promising program has been prepared, beginning at 10:30 a. m. Friday. Various eminent speakers, whose names have already been announced, will be present to discuss important subjects, and the featuresjof music and remeniscence have not been neglected. The various > prizes that are offered will not be the least interesting feature.
