Lockstep Abolished.

Warden Harley has abolished the lockstep, in fthich fashion the prisoners have been made to march for many years and since last Sunday the convicts have been marching two abreast when pssing about the prison in squads. The reason for the change isthat the lockstep has always left its mark on the men after being released and an exconvict could be spotted by the peculiar swinging gait.
