Notice to Contractors. Sewer on Plum, Franklin, Cherry and Main Streets. NOTICE is hereby given that at a regular meet Ing of the common council of the city of Rensselaer. Indiana, to be held at the council Chamber of said City en th, 11th day of September 1899, bids will be received for the construction of a sower on the following described route; commencing at a point 16 feet south of the southeast corner or Bloca 39 in Weston’s Addition to the town (now city) of Bens elaer. Indiana; running thence west along the northerly side of plum street to the east side of Franklin street; thence north on Franklin Street to the south side of cherry street; thonce west on cherry Street to the east side of Main Street; thence north on Main Street to Make- emself Ditch Said sewer is to be constructed in accordance with fbe provisions of Ominance No. 89 and the plans and specifications on file in the office of tne City clerk. a bond for an amount double the amount of the bld shall be filed in each case, with surety to the approval of the council.
