Cullen Street from Washington Street to Cornelia Street. Cullen Street from Cornelia Street to Clark Street. Forest Street from Clark Street to Oak Street; Vine Street from Forest Street to Main Street; and Cedar Street from Division Street to Milton Street. Each bidder will be required to file the receipt of the City Treasurer for the sum oi $500., deposited as a guarauty that if the bid is accepted, a contract will be entered Into and the performance prpperly secured. Bidders will also be required to file a bond with a penalty of twice the amount of their bids and sureties to the approval of the Council.
