NOTICE is hereby given that bids will be received by the Common Council of the City of Rensselaer, Indiana, up to 8 o’clock p. m. on the 24th day of July 1899, at the council chamber of said Oity, for furnishing the necessary labor and materials for the improvement of Van Rensselaer street from the Northerly side of‘Washington street to the northerly side of Cornelia street by grading, macadamising and curbing the same in accordance with the provisions of Ordinance No. 38, adopted by the Common Council on June 26th 1899. and the plans and specifications therefore on file in the office of the Oity Olerk.
