Winters was appointed special master to take testimony and ascertain whether or not there had been an agreement between the stockholders and bondholders of the L., N. A. & C. to throw the road into the hands of a receiver and thus defeat the claims of unsecured creditors, one of whom, the Louisville Trust Co., asked for the appointment of a receiver tor the C.
