The Valpo Small Pox Situation.

The Valparaiso pappers publish a statement by the mayor and the and the county health officers, and another by Prof. Kinney, bf the formal, regarding the small-pox situation. It seems there are 20 cases in the hospital, and probably Bro. Zimmerman, of the Messengers, was out without his “specs” when he found only 7. Of the 20 oases, five are well enough to be at home, and none are sick to be ■ in bed or need doctors or nurses, i nor have they been. Therte have . been no deaths. No vaccinated 1 person has taken the disease, not I , even when they roomed for weeks with persons who did have it, while it was thought to be chickenpox.
