By virtue of a certified copy of judgment and decree to me directed from the clerk of the Jasper Circuit Court, in a cause wherein Warren Springer is plaintiff, and Franklin P. Wilson and Mrs. Martha Wilson, his wife, are defendants requiring me to make the sum of Fifty-six dollars and Thirty cents ($56.30) and Interest and costs accrued and to accrue' I will expose at public sale to the highest and best bidder, on Wednesday, July 12th 1899 between the hours of 10 o’clock A. M. and 4o’clock P. M-, of said day, at the door of the Court House of Jasper County, Indiana, in the City of Rensselaer, first the rente andpiofits for a term not exceeding seven yean, of the following real estate hereinafter described, and if said rents and profits will not seU for a sufficient sum to satisfy said decree and execution and interest and costs, X will at the same time and place expose at public sale the fee simple of said real estate or so much thereof as may be necessary to discharge said decree and execution and interest and costs, towit: The southeast quarter (X) of the northeast (X) of section twenty-one (21) in Township thirty-one (31) north range six (6) west in Jaswill be made without any relief whatever from the valuation or appraisement
